Being brave does not require you to be a superhero in an iron suit, or to have a shield or cape. Being brave does not require you to aspire to save lives as a profession. Being brave is simply believing in yourself, standing up to the bully, being kind, and understanding when to ask for help. Being brave is putting one foot in front of the other when you look into the eyes of grief, or standing upon a stage presenting your words of wisdom, thoughts, and love.
